Any purchases made before or between 10/1/2023 – 12/31/2023 arenot eligible for return.Intuit QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 30days from the date of invoice.Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise software may be returned within 30 days fromthe date of invoice.Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.

‍To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, please call 1800960605 or email info@qbes.com.auCredits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
